Design, Development & In-house Sampling

Lovell Industries offers packaging design and development services, with a team ready to design the ideal blister or food packaging concept for your product. Utilising the latest Edgecam Drawing and 3D Rendering Software we aim to set each your product apart from its competitors on the shelf. Full in-house prototyping, mould making capabilities using CNC machinery ensures that we can provide quick turn-around on samples and moulds. Our aim is to provide the best packaging solution and design concept, which is often the most critical step to the overall packaging project.

Once the design is done our team will manufacture a prototype to ensure that you are happy with the overall design and fit around your product prior to the final mould making stage. Our one-stop shop process gets you from design to delivery in 3-6 weeks.

Contract Packaging

Our sister company Berry Pack as your preferred 3rd party packaging company, can collect your unfinished product, convert and return the product to you fully packed and ready to enter the retail stores.

Environmentally Conscious

All our production waste is recycled on-site and converted back into various applications. Lovell Industries purchases food grade PET reclaimed from PET bottles. These containers are ground, washed, then extruded into food grade PET sheet which is then thermoformed back into consumer packaging helping conserve valuable natural resources.
