Boxer Rewards Club and Smirnoff 1818 celebrate successful campaign with vehicle giveaway

| Marketing and Promotions

Boxer has announced the successful conclusion of its recent Smirnoff 1818 promotion, which demonstrated the power of collaboration between retailer and supplier while highlighting the growing influence of the Boxer Rewards Club platform.

The promotion attracted thousands of entries from across the country, each made possible through the simple action of swiping a Boxer Rewards Club card with purchase. From this pool of entries, 10 finalists were shortlisted and one ultimate winner was selected. Menzi Mbatha, a customer from Boxer Liquors Hammarsdale (KZN), proudly drove away in a brand-new Toyota Quantum.

According to Boxer, the success of the campaign goes beyond the prize handover. “This initiative is a clear example of how the Boxer Rewards Club can deliver meaningful engagement for customers while providing tangible value for our supplier partners,” says Boxer’s HOD:Marketing Lee-Ann Pillay. “By working together, we create opportunities that strengthen partnerships and ensure that both brands and customers benefit.”

The Smirnoff 1818 campaign marks another milestone in Boxer’s strategy to build innovative, impactful activations that drive loyalty, amplify supplier collaboration, and position Boxer Rewards as a platform for shared success.
