Hazelnut-filled Chewy Cookie

INGREDIENTS
Tegral Chewy Cookie Mix 1,000 g
Cocoa Powder 0,220 g
Mrs. J. Margarine 0,220 g
Water 0,130 g
Dark Chocolate Chips 0,300 g
Hazelnuts 0,100 g

Filling
Carat Nuxel 0,320 g


Method
1. Pipe 20 g drops of Carat Nuxel onto a tray prepared with silicon paper and freeze them overnight.
2. Place all the ingredients (except the choc chips and hazelnuts) into a mixer.
3. Mix on a slow speed for 2 minutes using a flat beater.
4. Add the choc chips and hazelnuts and mix further until well distributed.
5. Using a scale, scale off the dough and roll into balls.
6. Place dough balls onto a prepared baking tray spaced 3 cm apart. Make a pocket in the middle of the ball and place the frozen drop of Carat Nuxel inside, then close up the pocket.
7. Freeze the dough balls overnight.
8. Bake the dough balls at 180° C for 15 minutes.
9. Let the cookies cool down completely and pack into desired containers accordingly.

Choc Chip Chewy Cookie 

INGREDIENTS
Tegral Chewy Cookie Mix 1,000 g
Mrs. J. Margarine 0,220 g
Water 0,130 g
Dark Chocolate Chips 0,400 g

Method
1. Place all the ingredients, except the choc chips into a mixer.
2. Mix ingredients on slow speed for 2 minutes using a flat beater.
3. Add the chocolate chips and mix further until all the ingredients are well distributed.
4. Using a scale, scale off the dough and roll into balls.
5. Place the dough balls onto a prepared baking tray, spaced ±3 cm apart.
6. Bake at 190° C for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges of the cookies.
7. Let the cookies cool down completely and pack them into desired containers accordingly.
