Clicks customers rally behind Casual Day to raise R3.4 million for persons with disabilities
Clicks customers and store teams across South Africa have once again come together in an extraordinary show of care and community spirit, raising R3.4 million through the 2025 Casual Day sticker campaign in support of persons with disabilities.
For the third consecutive year since the start of its partnership with Casual Day, Clicks was recognised as the campaign’s largest retail contributor.
All Clicks stores nationwide participated in the campaign, with employees and customers rallying behind one of South Africa’s longest-running fundraising and awareness initiatives.
Casual Day, the NCPD’s flagship initiative since 1994, supports organisations and programmes focused on youth empowerment, inclusive education, workplace accessibility, entrepreneurship and gender-based violence initiatives within the disability sector. Clicks Cresta in Randburg was recognised as the top-performing store for its outstanding community support.
"Casual Day is deeply aligned to our values because it is about dignity, accessibility and creating opportunities for persons with disabilities to thrive," says Bongiwe Ntuli, Clicks Group Executive: Retail. "We are grateful to every customer and employee who contributed to making a meaningful difference."
Therina Wentzel, National Director of the NCPD, thanked Clicks for actively channelling millions of rands to empower persons with disabilities, who represent 17% of South Africa's population.
The next Casual Day will take place on Friday, 4 September 2026, under the theme “Beat As One – Rhythm Matters”. South Africans can support the cause by purchasing a R20 sticker at any Clicks store nationwide.
