Dis-Chem your pharmacy Black Friday store
Stock has been ordered as Dis-Chem gears up for a seven-day Black Friday campaign where big discounts will be offered.
Black Friday will be expanded to a week, with the discounts and specials available to customers from Monday 23rd to Sunday 29th November, both in-store and on-line, while stocks last. One of the reasons for extending the duration of the Black Friday promotion is to offer a responsible shopping experience for customers and to give them more opportunity and time to shop. Dis-Chem remains cognisant of Covid-19 shopping protocols. All stores will ensure that social distancing and other standard health and safety measures remain in place.
“We are acutely aware of the impact the prolonged lockdown period has had on consumers and that people are feeling the financial pinch. As a direct result, and in an effort to provide more value across a much wider range of categories, we have expanded the range of Black Friday goods in all our stores,” says Saul Saltzman, executive director at Dis-Chem Pharmacies.
As the Black Friday Pharmacy store, apart from cosmetics, fragrances, beauty, health, nutrition and FMCG products, for the first time Dis-Chem will be including in-store pharmacy and medical specials on items such as wheelchairs, electric wheelchair scooters, walking sticks, oximeters, walkers, blood pressure monitors and glucose test strips. Also, on offer will be baby products ranging from strollers, nappies and wipes. There will be many special surprise deals offered in-store.
Saltzman says more information about the deals and offers will be provided in the coming weeks. Benefit members who have ensured that their details are updated will be the first to be notified via Dis-Chem’s newsletter. Customers can sign up or update their details to be part of the group’s Black Friday reveal. Furthermore, announcements and notifications will be available on the group’s social media platforms.
