The Good Life Show takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from Friday, May 31, to Sunday, June 2, and at Kyalami International Convention Centre (KICC) from Friday, July 26, to Sunday, July 28, and features four shows under one roof;

The Plant Powered Show, Natural & Organic Show, Free-From Show and Sustainex. A pioneer in the plant-based and sustainable sector, the Good Life Show focuses on individuals interested in food, health, wellness, the environment, and conscious sustainable living. It serves as the umbrella brand for the four related sub-events.

The show is open to various trade industries such as retail, restaurant, hotel, hospitality, as well as local distributors and exporters who are looking for innovative, high-quality products.
