Al Raya, supermarket chain in Saudi Arabia has chosen Arch Retail Solutions as their preferred integrated retail management solution.

Al Raya has its Head Office in Jeddah, managing 51 stores countrywide, a DC and three bakery production centres. 

After months of meticulous planning, involving Arch and Al Raya teams, there’s great excitement with the first store going live on Arch. The Sari Road store in Jeddah went live on 1 November, with the rest of the stores to follow. The full suite of Arch solutions is operational in the store – Arch Retail (POS & Back office), Arch Mobile, Arch Price Checkers, integration at POS into local EFT & Airtime, scale integration to Mettler Toldeo scales and Arch Enterprise.

We salute a mammoth effort by both Al Raya (Chris and his team) and the Arch implementation team. The final product delivered is testament to great teamwork.
