Fruit and Veg gets approval for Glen Aire takeover
A bid by Fruit and Veg to take ownership of Glen Aire Butchery Businesses has received the nod from the Competition Tribunal.
The Tribunal approved the deal which would enable Glen Aire Butcheries to be fully owned by Fruit and Veg City.
Fruit and Veg, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Food Lovers, engaged in wholesale, distribution and retail of fresh produce, groceries and other food related to end customers.
Glen Aire Butcheries are involved in the sale of meat and chicken products to retail customers.
