Woolworths Tygervalley in Cape Town has officially reopened its doors to the public following months of an extensive renovation, unveiling the brand’s next generation store format.

Over the past seven days, the Shoprite Group opened 16 new shopping destinations, including two Shoprite, three Checkers and two Usave supermarkets; one Little Me, one Medirite, one Checkers Liquorshop, one Checkers Outdoor, one UNIQ clothing by Checkers, and four Petshop Science stores.

The Shoprite Group is bringing next level convenience to the people of Durbanville and surrounds, with the opening of a Checkers supermarket as well as four standalone stores - Checkers Little Me, Checkers Outdoor, Petshop Science and the Northern Suburbs’ first UNIQ clothing by Checkers store - at new shopping destination, Groot Phesantekraal View.
